Figured I'd tell you guys some of my meals I make. Share some of yours!
EZ wrap:
Get some tortillas. Stuff it with a salad mix or a salad kit, put some cheese cubes in it, any veggie you find in the fridge, some ranch dressing (preferably the 4-cheese flavor) and maybe chicken.
Poutine wrap:
Yes. That is exactly what it sounds like. Don't judge me. This is one of my guilty pleasures of mine... I would bake some fries, put it in a wrap with shredded mozzarella and gravy sauce. At least you don't have to clean a plate and a fork for this.
How to cook almost any kind of pasta and rice in the microwave:
Put it in a bowl 50/50 with water. Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir. Keep doing that process until it looks cooked. Feel free to add water later on if you think there's not enough. If you cook rice, add some chicken bouillon or curry in it with butter after you're done cooking it, or soy sauce (or nothing, idk...). Oh and be careful with cooking rice; clean the bottom of the microwave if there's liquid down there. That liquid will get reaaaaaaaly stinky and nasty if you don't clean it.

I usually saute some spinach and toss it with fresh garlic cloves and olive oil. When you cook spinach don't over cook it. Once it is barely wilted in the in the pan, it is done! Throw some freshly grinded pepper and sea salt and its really yummy!
Also, as the potato fiend I am, I will either fry, or roast a batch of cubed potatoes. I dice mine up. I keep the skin on mine, because I feel like the skin adds flavor. I make my potatoes in an iron skillet, but you could use a regular skillet or pan if you want. Put on medium-high to high heat and add olive oil or coconut oil. Once the oil looks like its shimmering, it is hot enough. Add your potatoes to the pan. You can grind up some dried rosemary or thyme, but you don't have too. Add some salt and pepper. Your potatoes will be done when they are tender enough to be peirced with a fork or they start to fall apart. Always stir then regularly or they will burn!

I consume ungodly quantities of pasta. As such, the only things I know about cooking are pasta related.
put red wine in your bolognese. It doesn't have to be good red wine, but it's worth it. salt your pasta water you goddamn scrub put lasagne in grilled cheese, it sounds like a heart attack sandwich but it's totally worth it. also works with mac and cheese when reheating pasta, try grilling it instead of microwaving it to add a different dimension to the same dish. bolognese pizza will never be as good as you think. Ever. pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese make pretty good nachos don't bother wilting spinach before adding it to pasta, just serve the pasta on a bed of spinach and it'll wilt by itself. if you're adding pesto to your pasta, try adding walnuts as well.
pasta is so simple to make I have no idea why more people don't do it. you just beat an egg for each person you're feeding and add flour until it forms a smooth dough. Knead it for five minutes, leave it for half an hour, knead it for another five minutes, roll it out and cook it however you want. I normally use it in lasagne, since I don't own a mandolin and am too lazy to shape it any other way.

I said we should have a thread on this didn't I? Just about every girl I've cooked for has loved my quiche so I might tell you how to make that when more awake. Here's a real easy "soup" for y'all that works well: Two Bovril cubes, pinch of chilli powder, half a small block of noodles, maybe add a little garlic salt, in a mug, add boiling water. Devilishly simple, surprisingly good. Mr Fitch your pasta stuff sounds interesting when my eyes hurt less.

I never cook. Unless I'm starving. One thing I can manage to do is beans on toast. (hard I know) my shit secret is to throw cheese into the pot while doing the beans. It makes it quite thick and reeeal orrangey but it's lush.
I do LOVE to snack on tomatoes though, theyre small, bite size and not greasy!

Idk how can you eat raw tomatoes man, they're the worst, carrots are the best snacking vegetable.
On that note, what foods do you guys absolutely hate?

If they're Cherry Tomatoes? that's fine, the big tomatoes like they stick in burgers? not so much. As for hates: Mopani worms, never trust any snack a Zulu offers you. Crocodile, Awful, who looks at a big toothy reptile and thinks: "Maybe I should eat that" Lamb, I mean Sheep are terrible.
Absolute worst thing? Chicken kievs, the smell alone makes me sick, long story.
